This is the first feature-length animated film, inspired by Dr. Seuss' most famous character.
It comes more than 20 years after a live-action version of The Cat in the Hat, starring Shrek voice actor Mike Myers in 2003.
In the new movie, American comedian Bill Hader voices the mischievous lead character.
